- Plan and organize events and conferences related to Blockchain, including Blockchain technology conferences and other events in the field.
- Consult with clients and partners to understand their requirements and ensure that events are designed and executed according to their specifications.
- Develop and manage budgets for events and monitor expenses to ensure budget compliance.
- Manage and collaborate with speakers and experts in the Blockchain industry to ensure high-quality and technically proficient events.
- Ensure that events are conducted safely and comply with all regulations related to safety and data protection in the Blockchain industry.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning and deep knowledge of Blockchain technology.
- Strong understanding of event planning processes and budget management.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a diverse and high-pressure environment.
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to find solutions in challenging situations.
- Knowledge of Blockchain technology and the latest trends in the industry is a plus.
- Execute advertising and marketing campaigns to attract attendees and build brand recognition for the event and the company.
- Evaluate and report on post-event results, thereby improving processes and services for future events.
