The position role & responsibilities will be including the followings but not limited to:
- Receiving customer's orders via email, system
- Arranging orders, shipment and confirm delivery date for customer via email
- Following production status to make sure that orders can be shipped on time and meet customer's requirement
- Preparing all related documents: PKL/INV for doing customer declaration before shipment
- Checking, reply customer's email on time
- Coordinate with related departments to complete the job well
- Other related works if have any requirements

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Graduated College/ university
- 2-3 years experience
- Hard working, communication skills
- SAP skills (will be trained)
- Computer skills (Word, Excel)
- Good at English/ Chinese
