Responsibilities
1. Creative planning & Execution management:
Develop integrated creative concepts and content based on creative briefs.
Regularly work with the Art Directors to toss ideas – contribute visual ideas, check how copy ideas can be dramatized visually, and write copy from visual ideas.
Deliver omni-channel copywriting, including presentations, manifestos, scripts, everything digital, and content writing.
Developing decks to present big ideas & creative works to clients using various techniques.
Oversee the production process of specific creative ideas for various applications, including print, TVC, digital, social, radio, and other relevant media.
Participate in and lead brainstorming sessions. Ideate, write and execute original and iconic creative concepts in response to client briefs, objectives, or goals
2. Quality assurance and operations:
Review/check verbal aspects and all creative works to ensure they meet client cost/schedule/quality requirements (specifically, they can answer briefs and meet strategy) and give appropriate feedback to team members when necessary.
Check the copy and layout to ensure they support each other and agree on a strategy.
3. Others:
Follow through on advertising performance, being receptive to and participating in pre and post-testing research, if any.
Keep up-to-date on clients’ marketing, products, consumers’ trends, competitors’ activities, and local culture so that effective and innovative advertising can be created.
Assume responsibility for any other duties or projects which may be given.
Qualifications
Knowledge & experiences
Minimum of 2 years working experience at a similar position in an advertising agency
Understanding of Vietnamese literature from Classic to Modern times, Vietnamese folklore, myth, and mythology
Good at using standard computer software of Word, Excel, Power Point, Google Slides & Keynote
Skills/Abilities
Excellent writing & speaking skills in both Vietnamese and English
Creative, innovative, flexible, able to quickly come up with concepts/ ideas
Hardworking, can work under high pressure to meet deadlines
Good teamwork player who can work independently and responsibly
Possesses a high level of reliability, integrity, and personal ethics
