Cocoa Sourcing Development Executive
Mô tả công việc:
(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận) 1. Work closely with local Collectors in order to understand better their farmer supporting activities, and conduct the mutual farmer training if applicable
2. Apply innovative practices to drive performance of cocoa in Ba Ria Vung Tau and Xuan Loc, Trang Bom - Dong Nai area toward sustainable management practices (CCT)
3. Conduct farmer training and planning in accordance with Cacao-Trace standard for the local new farmers when they start planting cocoa.
4. Usually visiting Collectors to collect farm data and information market and supporting them better to improve quality and quantity of cocoa bean.
5. Following up project relating with Cocoa if any projects operating in the area.
6. Control Cacao Trace program documentation, mapping and Chocolate bonus records for all suppliers to upgrade the program database
7. Followingexport and import activities at Ecu warehouse - Dong Nai, make plans as required by superiors
8. Other tasks as required by supervisor

2. Direct farmers supporting
3. English useable
4. Advanced MS Office of Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint
5. Willing to learn deeper on Agronomist, especially on cocoa cultivation toward sustainable management practices
6. Normal working hours, 5 days/week Willing to travel on regular basic
7 Strong team player
