Chuyên viên quản lý kho (tiếng Anh/Trung)
Responsibilities:
Warehouse Specialist is responsible for managing materials, tools and outgoing finished goods to support business operation well. Ensure inventory’s accuracy both in reality and accounting data:
Follow imcoming material and outcoming finished goods. Update data into ERP system and ensure data’s accuracy
Prepare & filing warehouse document
Set up a reasonable warehouse layout, ensuring goods are arranged scientifically and safely
Carry out internal inventory analysis reports and at the request of customers and customs
Carry out risk assessments, analysis, and daily checks to predict possible inventory problems and have solutions to handle and prevent them
Build suitable inventory management processes & solutions for each type of goods and customer
Responsible for organizing monthly, quarterly and annual inventory according to customer requirements, and organizing cycle count, audit, random check activities according to customer and internal processes to ensure inventory accuracy
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant major
At least 3 years of experience in managing inventory
MS office skills and ERP
English or Chinese
