Nhat Tin Logisticsis a company operated by a team with over 20 years of top-level experience in the express delivery industry in Vietnam. Nhat Tin Logistics provides services such as time-guaranteed express delivery, fast delivery, economy delivery, international shipping, and fulfillment services.
- Develop and implement market development strategies for contract logistics services in the domestic market, with a focus on B2B customers.
- Identify, approach, and establish relationships with potential business clients in sectors such as manufacturing, retail, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, and related industries.
- Propose suitable logistics solutions based on the needs of business customers, including warehousing, transportation, and supply chain management.
- Analyzing current pricing and re-bidding in tenders with a focus on cost optimization, as well as offering additional bids for projects arising outside of the current scope.
- Updating market information related to customers, industries, and competitors (both in Vietnam and internationally).
- Collaborating with Operations to develop or create new detailed operational processes based on the specific requirements and objectives of each business project with customers.
- Creating training and instructional materials for new processes and solutions for the project sales team.
- Guiding and supervising the implementation of processes and solutions. Communicating with stakeholders about progress and arising issues during implementation.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the express delivery, transportation, or related domestic logistics sectors (contract logistics).
- Ability to search for B2B customers.
- Proficient in Excel (for data analysis, processing, and reporting), Power Point (for presentations, bidding proposals, and project solutions), and English communication (for international clients).
- Strong skills in persuasion, negotiation, business planning, and a solid understanding of sales targets.
