MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known in the absence of Executive Chef.

Prepares, cooks, serves and stores the following dishes:
Butchery
Be responsible for the effective presentation of staff meals and maintaining the staff dining room in a clean and hygienic manner
Communicates politely and display courtesy to guests and internal customers
Provides direction to the Kitchen helpers, including Demi Chef de Partie, Commis and Stewards
Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest or internal customer comment and other relevant information
Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships
Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled
Attends and participates in training sessions as scheduled
Prepares in advance food, beverage, material and equipment needed for the service
Cleans and re-sets his/her working area
Implements the hotel and department regulations, policies and procedures including but not limited.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
1. Knowledge & Experience/Kiến thức và kinh nghiệm.

Văn bằng hoặc Chứng chỉ nghề về Kĩ năng đầu bếp hay các ngành có liên quan.
Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Culinary Skills or related field.
Tối thiểu một năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương tự như đầu bếp.
Minimum 1 years of experience in Culinary similar position.
Giờ làm việc linh hoạt và linh động làm việc ở bất kì nơi phục vụ ăn uống nào cũng là thứ rất cần thiết để đáp ứng nhu cầu công việc.
Flexible working hours and flexibility to work in any dining outlet is also necessary to assist as the business requires.
Giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh khá.
Fair reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
Kỹ năng vi tính cơ bản
Basic Knowledge of computer.

High patience in handling the pressure such as time limit and cooking pressure.
