Job Description
Verysell Group's Applied AI Lab is seeking a passionate Business Analyst to join our innovative Generative AI projects. In this role, you'll contribute to strategic initiatives, market analysis, product development, and project management. Leveraging your business analysis, product ownership, and product management skills, you'll drive the success of our cutting-edge AI solutions. We welcome candidates with experience in technology product companies or those with extensive project/product management backgrounds and a strong analytical, data-driven mindset. This position is also open to non-technical applicants eager to embark on a career in product management and Generative AI technology.

Job Description

What You'll Do

Product Ownership: Take full ownership of the product backlog and work closely with stakeholders to refine business requirements. Participate roadmap planning, sprint planning, feature refinement to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.

Customer Advocacy: Champion the needs, behaviors, and feedback of our customers. Ensure the product development process is centered around delivering maximum value to them.

Strategic Communication: Define, visualize and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to AI Lab Managers. Provide progress updates and showcase new features that align with business goals, market trends, and customer requirements.

Project Management: Efficiently manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
Qualifications

2+ years in business analysis, product ownership roles, or experience in consulting and technology sectors.

Strong research and analytical capabilities.

Creative and analytical approach to tackling problem-solving tasks.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge and experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Skilled in performing User Acceptance Testing.

A high degree of self-learning ability to keep pace with the ever-evolving world of AI.

Advanced proficiency in English.
