Takes care all BOM set up on system for UPH site
REQUIREMENTS
1. Education
3. Knowledge of:
- Responsible for creating and maintaining Kits Bills of Materials (BOM) for new, existing, and re-manufactured products. This includes the maintenance of the following: Item Master, BOM Structure, Engineering Change Order, Scrap Rates, etc. in MAPICS system.
- Ensure kit BOM accurately reflect actual used material based on Cover Fit and Wanvog/US provided information.
- Ensure create items and BOM in system in time according to SOP.
- Packing list creation and carton size specification.
- Investigate the variance between BOM and actual usage and find way to solve it.
- Cross train in other technical service disciplines and provide support and help to resolve any issues.
- Strong ability to understand and query information in the Mapics environment

- College/ University with major Accounting, Industrial management, or related field ...
3. Knowledge of:
- Product system
- Good at number
- Analysis ability
- Highly capable of identifying problems and solving problems.
- Very proactive and energetic.
- Systematic, methodical, detailed, thorough, transparent.
- Good at Written and Spoken English
- Positive, enthusiastic, creative, embrace changes, performs under pressure
- Work well in a team-based environment.
