Job overview:
We are seeking an intern with an agricultural background to undertake a short-term project focused on codifying all aspects of pepper crop growth. The intern will focus on codifying all aspects of pepper crop growth, including commercial considerations, and conduct back-testing to validate hypotheses. This project will involve both desk research and extensive fieldwork to develop a comprehensive handbook on pepper farming that will serve as a valuable resource for the business teams.
Key responsibilities
1. Research on Pepper Cultivation:
Study and document all aspects of planting and harvesting pepper, including the ideal growing conditions.
Analyze historical data combined with researching to understand and evaluate different scenarios and solutions for pepper cultivation.
Assess the impact of environmental changes on crop growth and develop strategies to mitigate negative effects.
2. Fieldwork and Hypothesis Validation:
Conduct fieldwork and interact with local farmers and experts to gather insights and validate hypotheses about the research on pepper as above.
Monitor and document plant health.
3. Handbook Compilation:
Develop a comprehensive handbook on pepper farming.
Include best practices, troubleshooting tips, and commercial aspects.
Ensure clarity and accessibility for all team members.
4. Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by hiring manager

Fresh graduates, background in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.
Can communicate in English
Flexibility & Willing to Mobility
Good at research and analytical skills.
Ability to conduct fieldwork and interact with local farmers and experts.
Good documentation and reporting skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software is a plus.
Working Location: Dong Nai (Mobility)
Internship time: 2-3 months project
