Good exterior rendering capacity
Good at layout idea, lighting and camera angles presenting
Able to capture tasks’ requirements and work under pressure, good at teamwork and responsible at work
Have passion in the creativity perspective, always strive to learn and develop personal qualification
Competent English reading and communication is a plus

REQUIREMENTS

Experience: Minimum 1 year.
Qualification:
Graduation from architecture, design, construction or related industries universities and colleges
Main skills:
Proficient software requirements:
+ 3dsmax
+ Vray
+ Photoshop
+ Corona, Sketchup ( advantage)
Good modeling capacity
Ability to prioritize work, manage time effectively and work under pressure
Have good aesthetic sense and good at material using
Have working experience in the interior design, architectural domestic and foreign companies
Communication with departments:
Work directly with 3D visualization team
Delivery work report to the leaders or the director (when asked)
Attitude at work:
Have good behavior with the working environment inside and outside the company.
Willing to work and learn for progress.
Comply the rules of the company.
Respect and comply with the management of the manager
