Job Description:
- Leads, Manages and holds direct reports accountable for achieving agreed upon commitments. Ensure that employees have the tools, resources, and time needed to be great at what they do. Work towards getting all employees in their Love/Great so they enjoy coming to work every day.
- Ensure the Yard and Delivery Team is following and adhering to their core process’s.
- Manage delivery program including prepping, pulling, dispatching delivery loads.
- Manage inventory including receiving, returns, cycle counts and other inventory management related duties.
- Ensure that overall yard operations are optimized for maximum productivity and efficiency.
- Regular upkeep and servicing of vehicles and yard facilities to ensure operational readiness and safety.
