Treasury Management Implementation Specialist I

The Treasury Management Implementation Specialist I is responsible for onboarding new clients and implementing Treasury Management products and services. This role involves working closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure a successful implementation of treasury services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Open new commercial accounts.
- Manage multiple implementation requests simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams to obtain required business documentation.
- Prepare agreements and new account documentation relative to Treasury Management services.
- Work directly with clients to obtain signatures for new and existing Treasury Management services.
- Implement products and services for new and existing TM customers.
- Facilitate training to clients on all Treasury Management products and services.
- Complete Account Analysis for new implementation requests.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Education and/or Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of applicable banking experience, Treasury Management experience preferred.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
