Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your designated territory by building relationships with clients, managing accounts, and promoting our technology solutions. Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and networking.
Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns for lead generation.
Utilize Microsoft Dynamics for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on progress.
Build strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Requirements
Proven experience in technical sales and/or engineering, preferably focused on adhesive assembly solutions.
Strong account management skills with a focus on B2B relationships.
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or Navision or similar CRM tools is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills in English, additional language skills a plus.
Ability to conduct effective cold calling and engage potential clients.
A self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative global team environment.
