A healthcare company specializing in infusions and injections is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients/doctors, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have a book of business/current relationships made up of physicians. Responsibilities
Utilize technology sales tools to enhance productivity and streamline sales processes.
Drive business development initiatives to expand market share and increase brand awareness.
Conduct outside sales visits to healthcare professionals, i.e. Doctors of all specialties
Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while providing exceptional customer service.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers in the healthcare industry
Promote and sell the company’s services to healthcare professionals
Provide information and conduct demonstrations to healthcare professionals
Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns
Conduct cold calling and lead generation activities to identify potential customers within the assigned territory.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and new developments
Monitoring sales performance in selling services to existing and potential clients
Set reasonable sales targets and establish techniques to maximize revenue and growth
Travels throughout assigned territory establishing new business
Schedules Onsite appointments with potential clients
Keep accurate CRM records
Skills/Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in healthcare sales
Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with healthcare professionals
A book of business with current contacts/relationships
Proven track record
Proficient in Microsoft Word and other office software for creating reports and presentations
Ability to effectively communicate complex medical information to customers
Strong customer service skills to provide exceptional support to healthcare professionals
Leadership abilities to drive sales initiatives and revenue
Experience in account management and building long-term relationships
Good presentation
