Job Summary:
The Teller Auditor position is responsible for mitigating losses by conducting quarterly cash audits, monitoring cash limits, work teller reconciliations, conduct research on any outages, and ensure outages are reported. Also assists Tellers with override transactions, Reg CC holds and training.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

- Conduct assigned quarterly cash audits
- Conduct research on teller related issues and cash box and/or vault outages
- Monitor cash limits and ensure weekly cash orders are timely
- Monitor work teller reconciliation and report outages
- Formulate reports to review and evaluate the overall teller operations of the Market
- Facilitate transaction overrides and customer portfolio approvals to expedite customer experience while mitigating loss
- Provide branch staff with immediate feedback based on audit findings and observations
- Provide Branch manager with feedback from overall branch assessment to aid in employee development, coaching and completion of performance evaluations
- Flexible to travel and assist other branches
- Flexible to perform the functions of a teller
- Initiate teller set ups to ensure tellers can perform job duties
- Attend, participate and facilitate in meetings as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
