Our Restaurant Team Member - cashiers are the face of our company and are the first impression in providing quality service and hospitality to our guests.



Requirements/Responsibilities

  • Hours: Full-time (average 32+ hours per week)
- Schedule: Must be 18 or older and available to work between 6:30 a.m. - 3 p.m. on weekdays, with occasional Saturdays as needed.
Hourly Rate: Up to $16.50/hour, with opportunities for growth.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in guest service, customer care, cashiering, restaurant crew roles, or other service-oriented positions.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must have a source of reliable transportation
  • Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
  • Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
  • Works in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
  • Mobility required during shifts
  • Must work well under pressure
  • Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
  • Open availability weekends and holidays.
  • Be available to work mornings (7am) through mid afternoon (2pm)
  • Must be able to lift items of a minimum of 25 lbs.
  • Must be able to be outside during all 4 seasons of the year for order taking

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat and we bread it by hand all day, 6 days a week in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Front of house team members help connect guests with the unique Chick-fil-A menu items. They also extend the hospitality model to create an atmosphere where guests feel safe, welcome, and cared for.
