Implements and plans instructional activities to meet the needs of elementary students and active learning experiences for the targeted foreign language.
Communicates effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding individual student needs and progress.
Provides a variety of learning materials and resources for use in educational activities including cultural resources of the origin language.
Provides and demonstrate feedback and gains in the performance of students.
Assigns and grade class work, homework, tests, and assignments.

Uses relevant technology to support instruction.

Keeps up with the latest developments in subject areas, teaching resources, and methods. Making relevant changes to instructional plans and activities if needed.
Meets professional standards through constructive habits such as: participating in extra-curricular activities, meeting deadlines, applying appropriate disciplinary measures where appropriate, coordinating, and managing student behavior in the classroom.
Keeps accurate and up to date with records required by laws, district policies and school regulations.
Requirements: Any Bachelor’s degree. Possess Arizona Department of Education Teaching Certificate. Possess valid IVP fingerprint clearance card.
Must be fluent in Mandarin-Chinese.
