Staff Development Coordinator

Mountain Laurel has an excellent opportunity for you as our
Staff Development/Training Coordinator
As the Staff Development/Training Coordinator, will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating education for nursing staff and other department staff. You'll ensure that staff training and education is complete and in compliance with the current nursing practices, all applicable laws and regulations. You'll participate in committee meetings such as Quality Assurance, Safety Committee, etc.

- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current, RN license within the state of Pennsylvania
- 1+ Year of experience as a supervisor in geriatrics, or other comparable long term care experience
