Service Technician - Williston

Join Our Team as a Service Technician!

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for working in the great outdoors? We are looking for a dedicated Service Technician to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring our well-site rental equipment and accommodations are set up, maintained, and dismantled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Rigging and Maintenance : Set up, tear down, and maintain well site surface rental equipment and housing quarters.
Installation : Install semi-permanent water and sewer systems.
Minor Electrical Work : Handle minor electrical tasks related to pumps, vacuums, light plants, generators, and housing units.
Coordination : Work closely with site supervisors, external vendors, and other company representatives to plan and organize locations.
On-Site Operations : Participate in on-site installation of well site accommodations and equipment.
Logistics Management : Monitor and coordinate the logistics and transportation of company assets.
Team Collaboration : Collaborate with team members in structured work crews.
Safety Compliance : Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations by completing daily Job Safety Analysis, pre/post-trip inspection reports, and near-miss and hazard reports.

What We’re Looking For:

Technical Skills : Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and housing troubleshooting and repairs.
Customer Service : Strong customer service orientation.
Results-Driven : Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve outstanding results.
Outdoor Enthusiast : Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and terrains.
Learner : Willingness to learning introductory skills in carpentry, electrical work, and plumbing.
Safety-Conscious : Always mindful of maintaining and contributing to a safe work environment.
Experience : General labor or construction background is a plus.

Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License : Must possess a valid driver's license.
Clean Driving Record : A motor vehicle record that meets fleet insurance requirements.
Drug-Free Workplace : Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace.
