Delaware North Gaming is hiring full-time Security Officers to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. $18.00 - $20.00 / hour

Responsibilities
- Greet guests positively and timely, demonstrating skill in dealing with customer complaints and defusing charged situations
- Conduct cash escorts and patrol parking lot and ancillary buildings as assigned
- Observe, handle, and report procedural violations and illegal activity
- Ensure that identification is checked for proper admittance to the gaming floor
- Maintain crowd control and a secure presence on the gaming floor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be certified as a first responder
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Previous security supervisory or law enforcement experience preferred
- Gaming background a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to communicate through two way radio.
- Bending, stooping, lifting and carrying occasionally.
- Vision must be sufficient that the officer is not restricted in the performance of duties day or night.
- Occasionally smoky and loud environment.
