Are you a skilled RN ready to make a difference in emergency medicine? We're seeking dedicated nurses like you to join our dynamic Emergency Department team. Your problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and clinical expertise will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care in urgent situations.
Responsibilities: Responsibilities
  • Problem Solving: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address emergent patient needs efficiently.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments and interventions.
  • Assessment: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify urgent medical needs.
  • Prioritization: Prioritize patient care activities based on acuity and urgency.
  • Risk Assessment: Assess and mitigate potential risks to patient safety.
  • Equipment Operation: Demonstrate proficiency in operating medical equipment in emergency settings.
  • Skill Proficiency: Maintain competency in emergency nursing skills.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate closely with physicians and ancillary staff.
  • Initiative: Take initiative to identify opportunities for process improvement.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum one year Emergency Department or Critical Care experience preferred.
  • Ability to perform CPR.
  • RN, Graduate of a School of Nursing. Baby Friendly education within 6 months of hire.
  • PALS within 6 month required
  • TNCC within 1 year required
Competencies Skills:

  • Experience In Hospital Or Acute Care Setting
  • Clear Communication Skills Both Written And Verbal
  • Able To Keep Confidential Information Regarding Patients, Team Members
  • Able To Withstand Crisis Situations
  • Has Skills To Provides Customer Service To Patients, Team Members And Visitors
  • Knowledge And Experience With Electronic Health Records

  • BLS - Basic Life Saving certification
  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
  • NIH - Stroke Certification
