Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA'S to join our team in Providence RI for a lovely woman in her home. Dementia/ Alzheimers Care Experience a must. Duties will include personal care, bathroom assistance, safety assurance,meal prep,med reminders and light house keeping.Client ambulates with a walker. First shift 8am-4pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday and every other weekend or Tuesday, Thursday and every other weekend. Second shift 4pm-11pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday and every other weekend or Tuesday, Thursday and every other weekend. Third shift is 11pm-8am every other Monday, every Wednesday, Friday and every other weekend or Every other Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and every other weekend. Weekends are not negotiable. Responsibilities
Provide direct care to patients, including assisting with daily living activities and promoting independence.
Work closely with health care professionals to insure comprehensive care and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
Document patients progress and communicate effectively with health care teams.
