Here at Fireside Craft Burgers & Brews, we bring a unique modern vibe to historic downtown La Grange County with our delicious handcrafted burgers, house-smoked meats, craft beer, and specialty cocktails.
For the past 10 years, we've been pushing the boundaries of flavor and setting the standard for exceptional food and drink. If you're passionate about crafting unforgettable dining experiences and want to be part of something special, join the Fireside team!
Requirements:
- A love of serving customers and being part of their experience
- Excitement for good food and drinks
- A solid sense of humor (bonus points if fluent in sarcasm)
- The need to be proud of the work you do
- The desire to be part of a great team!
What we offer:
- Relaxed, team-focused atmosphere

- No bar hours or late night overserved patrons - we're not that kind of place!
- Flexible scheduling to bring balance to your life!
- Servers average $20+/hr (base + tips)
- Biweekly pay w/credit card tips on paychecks (translation: real paychecks and consistency = better life balance!)
Schedule & availability:
- Evenings & Weekends, some weeknights
Work/life balance for our staff is important to us, and we always do our very best to accommodate our staff's schedules and requests for time off.
We may be biased, but our staff is the absolute best around!
