We are a Residential Builder in Anchorage looking for an experienced framer. The candidate should be a self-starter, driven to succeed and has a strength in punctuality. Two years of experience required.
Duties, Knowledge & Abilities:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
Duties, Knowledge & Abilities:
- Two years prior experience in residential framing
- Have your own Transportation to work.
- Hardworking, ability to work long hours if needed
- Punctual
- Ability to lift heavy materials, walk with heavy materials- physically demanding position
- Ability to move, stand and walk for full shift
- Knowledge of Building Plans, how to read - preferred
- Ability to perform framing tasks, knowledge of residential building process
- Knowledge of how to operate safely, store and maintain power tools used in daily operations
- Ability to follow directions and produce results
- Forethought, ability to perform what task needs completed next without instruction
- Have your own tools -preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
- Residential Framing: 2 years (Required)
- Driver's License (Required)
