Residential Caregiver

Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality care and support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Monitor and record vital signs as needed.
Provide meal preparation and ensure nutritional needs are met.
Support clients in engaging in social activities and maintaining their independence.
Help with housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean living environment.
Drive clients to appointments or social outings as required.
Uphold resident rights and ensure dignity is maintained at all times.
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's quality of life.
Administer first aid when necessary and respond appropriately to emergencies.
Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to develop care plans tailored to individual needs.

Requirements

Experience in senior care is preferred.
Knowledge of resident rights and assisted living regulations is beneficial.
Ability to prepare nutritious meals that cater to dietary restrictions.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Valid driver's license.
Certification in First Aid or willingness to obtain certification upon hire.
Compassionate demeanor with a strong desire to help others improve their quality of life.
