With team members located across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions, you will collaborate closely with colleagues and customers to implement and optimize Nutanix solutions. You will report to the Senior Services Delivery Leader, a supportive and experienced manager who will guide you in your role and offer opportunities for growth and development. The work setup required for this role is onsite, and you will be expected to be present in the office full-time.

As part of the Professional Services team, you can expect travel requirements to be onsite at customer locations as needed to deliver hands-on support and assistance with solution implementation and optimization.

Your Role

Administer and support customer's Nutanix/VMware environment
Provide automation through scripting and common frameworks
Investigate and solve issues in the environment
Create growth plans and generate reports
Act as a trusted advisor for Nutanix and VMware best practices
Identify and suggest architectural and engineering changes
Collaborate with sales team for new opportunities and updates
Provide status reporting and project updates

What You Will Bring

5+ years of virtualization consulting or systems administration experience
“ACTIVE” Top Secret Clearance with SCI with Full-Scope-Polygraph
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of VMware and Nutanix virtualization technologies
Experience with storage technologies and data protection
Proficiency in Windows administration
Hands-on experience in large-scale virtualization environments
Ability to diagnose complex networking problems

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 156,080 and USD $ 311,280 per year.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
