Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse and LPN to join our In Home care team. The ideal candidate must possess a current South Carolina Nursing license and vaild driver's license. Candidate must have excellent communication skills, pay attention to detail, have a strong background in patient care, and the ability to communicate well with children, the elderly, and individuals with physical and developmental disabilities. This role requires the nurse to visit the client's home to conduct medical assessments and record information received onto a smart device.

- Utilize nursing skills to assess and create care plans according to clients' service plan and individual needs.
- Ensure compliance with all RN/ LPN License requirements and regulations.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills with patients, families, and home care team members.
- Collaborate with management team to to ensure personal care services are administered.
