Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Rehabilitation - Med/Surg

Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse working in the Rehabilitation - Med/Surg unit, you will be responsible for providing care and support to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and provide education to patients and their families.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Assessing and monitoring patient health and progress
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Providing patient education on recovery, rehabilitation, and self-care
Monitoring and maintaining patient records
Responding to emergencies and taking appropriate action

Qualifications and Skills:

Valid RN license
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred)
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a rehabilitation or med/surg setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize patient care
CPR certification
Knowledge of relevant medical equipment and technology
