We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team in Lawton, OK. Salary: $30 – $38.82/hour (based on experience), plus shift differentials and Clinical Pathway program eligibility
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Shifts: Nights & Days (flexible scheduling available)
Bonus: $6,000 sign-on bonus + $2,000 relocation assistance*

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver compassionate, intensive care to critically ill patients.
Monitor and assess patients' conditions, making quick and accurate decisions regarding treatment plans.
Collaborate closely with doctors, specialists, and fellow nurses to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and adjust patient care plans as needed.
Educate patients and families on care expectations and progress.

Qualifications:

Education: Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; BSN preferred but not required.
Licensure: Current RN license in the state of Oklahoma or eligibility to obtain.
Experience: At least 1 year of ICU experience preferred.
Skills:
Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure with a collaborative team mindset.
Familiarity with ICU monitoring equipment and procedures.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift or move patients as needed.
