Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our homecare agency team in Cleveland/Akron area. The ideal candidate must currently hold RN license and expeience working with a home health agency. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for opening assesments in addition to supervision of LPN and HHA staff.

Pay: $45.00 per hour

The ideal candidate must currently hold RN license and expeience working with a home health agency. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for opening assesments in addition to supervision of LPN and HHA staff.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Perform triage to prioritize patient care in emergency situations.
- Collaborate with team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment options, and recovery processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Supervision of LPN & HHA
- Supervisory visits every 60 days to review HHA providing care to consumer
- Creating care plan for consumer
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to understand patient conditions effectively.
- Proficiency in emergency medicine practices to respond swiftly in critical situations.
- Experience with coding procedures related to patient diagnoses for accurate record keeping.
- Familiarity with workers' compensation law as it pertains to patient care and treatment plans.
- Ability to manage pain effectively through various techniques and interventions.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
