Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Rhodium Care Group is currently seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to work 2-3 at a skilled nursing facility in Charlottesville, VA area.

PMHNP Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Provider will see geriatric patients for cognitive testing, dementia and psychotherapy services.
Diagnose and treat mental health and emotional disorders.
Offer individual and group therapy to patients.
Prescribe and monitor medications when necessary.
Maintain detailed records of patient visits and progress.
Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with medical director to ensure patient continuity of care.
Other related duties as deemed necessary by employer or assigned facility.

We Require:

Graduation from an accredited MSN program or equivalent.
Valid and unrestricted NP license in the state of Virginia.
DEA and malpractice insurance.
Must be able to meet the credentialing requirements of the employer, Medicare and Medicaid and other payers as deemed necessary.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $500.00 - $700.00 per day
Expected hours: 18 – 24 per week
