Job title: Physical Therapy Assistant

Job Summary:
As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients recover from injuries and illnesses through various physical therapy techniques. You will assist in implementing treatment plans, conducting therapeutic exercises, and monitoring patient progress.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients
Conduct therapeutic exercises and activities with patients
Monitor and record patient progress during therapy sessions
Provide support and motivation to patients during their rehabilitation process
Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities
Maintain a clean and organized therapy area
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Qualifications and Skills:

Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistance or related field
Certification or licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Physical stamina and strength to assist patients with exercises
Knowledge of anatomy and physiology
Experience working in a healthcare setting is preferred
