Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part Time Employee to join our team. As a Part Time Employee, you will engage with customers, assist in product demonstrations, and contribute to a positive shopping experience. Duties

Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers.
Assist customers with inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations based on their needs.
Drive retail sales through effective upselling techniques and maintaining product displays.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that all merchandise is properly stocked.
Utilize basic math skills for transactions and inventory management.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Supervise junior staff as needed, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
Experience in retail sales, including upselling techniques and product knowledge.
Proficient in phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
Familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus.
Ability to supervise others, providing guidance and support as necessary.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
