Utilize basic math skills for transactions and inventory management.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Supervise junior staff as needed, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
Experience in retail sales, including upselling techniques and product knowledge.
Proficient in phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
