Our locations are Burlington, Medford, Cambridge, Chestnut Hill, Wellesley, MA. We are looking for luxury optical sales and opticians that will act as an advisor to customers to deliver our customers/patients a best-in-class experience to help them see and live their best lives. You must have 3+ years of experience in a high-end retail setting or an optician
Experience as a retail manager or an optician
A proven track record of increased responsibilities and high retention at prior jobs
Strong history in meeting and beating targets
Optical technical abilities
Must have a strong sense of style and fashion
Candidates from optical shops are highly encouraged to apply
Able to lead others and be a role model as an optical manager, retail manager, or an optician
Humble and a teamplayer who is able and willing to do what it takes to meet the store goals, reputation, and motivate others.

Generic duties:
Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising the customer/patient’s needs for glasses and prescription lenses
Use your sense of fashion, style and optical knowledge to assist patients in eyewear and lens and options to educate the customers
Consistently deliver sales plan and office goals through cultivating a customer experience that is built on relationship building and trust
Provide patients with comprehensive explanation of insurance benefits
Utilize company’s tools to measure, fit and adjust eyeglasses
Complete optometric tasks in partnership with our Office Optometrist
Collaborate with doctor(s) to provide seamless customer/patient experience
Our optical consists of boutique luxury eyewear brands from around the world such as Cartier (France), Mykita (Germany), Matsuda (Japan), Orgreen (Denmark), Ahlem (France).
