The preferred applicant MUST be proficient in Quick Books Pro Online accounting software; able to handle accounts payable and receivable, create reports, manage multiple bank accounts, process credit card transactions, reconcile credit cards and bank statements, process payroll data, etc. Outside, third party, accounting and payroll vendors do most of the heavy lifting; but regular interaction with each is required.
