We are looking for an office assistant for a busy local service business in sunny St. Thomas, VI. You will have a strong attention to detail and thrive in a dynamic fast pasted environment. The successful candidate knows how to prioritize and juggle tasks. Applicant must have proven experience and skills in the following areas: - Candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, - Must possess confidence and comfort level with computer systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with Quick Books is a plus!! - Shipping and receiving as well as inventory - Knowledge of office, business and management principles, time management and problem solving. - Ability to be organized, work independently, and successfully handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
