We are currently seeking an Office and Facilities Coordinator with outstanding customer service capabilities, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and creative problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a corporate setting and will be comfortable serving as the initial point of contact for routine and unexpected office and building service needs. Responsibilities:
Greet and provide general support to team members and visitors
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Post and communicate office policies and initiatives as requested by various company departments
Oversee day-to-day office building operations
Send out, receive, and sort mail
Send out, receive, and notify recipients of deliveries
Review and process vendor invoices
Issue security clearances/key-fobs
Assign/manage door locking schedules
Monitor building security and escalate appropriately
Receive, prioritize, and respond to facilities service requests with necessary vendor
Answer employee and visitor questions on a variety of subjects
Building policies
Security policies
General company information
Manage and update front lobby monitor content w/ Marketing partnership
Order office supplies and maintain proper stock of necessary items
Create and maintain campus preventative maintenance schedule
Assist Facilities Leader with vendor management
Notarize documents as needed
Assist with event setup and tear down
Assist in coordinating catering and car service vendors for Training Center
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma; college degree preferred
2-3 years of experience in office administration, reception or administrative assistant experience
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Attention to detail
Able to handle confidential information, as required
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize workflow
Ability to lift and move office supplies and equipment weighing up to fifty pounds
Ability to assist in office moves and furniture placement

Benefits and Compensation: This role will be based out of our New Brighton office. The pay range is $17.00 - $25.40/ hour, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
