This position will report into the President of the company with lateral responsibilities to Director of Manufacturing and Facilities. Primary duties will be managing all aspects of the company’s administrative functions including AP/AR, payroll, HR, facilities support, purchasing, and scheduling of events and activities. - Day-to-day administration of managing the business - Bookkeeping duties including AP/AR, purchasing of general office needs, liaison of business unit accounting activities with corporate financial personnel including CFO - General HR duties with location staff including new employee set-ups, payroll, equipping office/admin staff with appropriate support equipment, assigning ID and entry, processing general HR activities such as time-off, bi-monthly payroll, processing any claims, etc - Facilities support working with landlord, services staff, utilities, custodial and janitorial services and purchasing - Organizing and supporting staff events - Administrative support of management team as assigned Location The position is based at our new production facility near downtown Springdale.
