Nursing Unit Manager
Night Shift Nurse Supervisor - Kirtland, OH
Are you a passionate nurse looking for a leadership role? Join our team at Kirtland Woods as a Night Shift Nurse Supervisor in Kirtland, Ohio!
We're seeking an experienced RN to lead our night shift team from 7 PM to 7 AM. In this role, you'll ensure exceptional resident care while managing staff and overseeing unit operations.
What you'll do:
- Lead and mentor nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with regulations and policies
- Manage resident care plans and assessments
- Oversee medication administration and supply inventory
- Promote a culture of safety and quality care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
What you'll need:
- Current RN license in Ohio
- 2+ years of long-term care or geriatric nursing experience
- 1+ year of nursing management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for geriatric care
- Current CPR certification
