Mixologist/Bartender Manager
Overview

Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Help with creating a unique cocktail menu that will be changed seasonally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Engage with customers, providing friendly and attentive service while taking drink orders and offering recommendations.
- Monitor customer consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, processing payments as required.
- Stay informed about current drink trends, new products, and menu changes to enhance guest experience.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed.
- Proven experience in bartending or a related role within the food industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail preparation, and food safety standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
- Previous experience in sales or catering is a plus but not mandatory.
