As part of this expansion, Lowe's is developing a new organization to lead this initiative and help our brand partners extend their brand and product messages to Lowe's online and in-store and help customers more easily shop for the products they love, need, and discover. Key to this new organization is a seasoned Media Sales Manager About the role: The Media Sales Manager will play a critical role in accelerating the growth of our advertising sales team, with a focus on driving digital revenue through the direct sale of our portfolio of ad products, including, but not limited to: programmatic, display, sponsorship/social, custom content, audio, and short form video. The Media Sales Manager is responsible for acting as a partnership leader between Lowe's One Roof Lowe's Media Network, other internal Lowe's teams, media agencies, DSPs, and advertisers. The Media Sales Manager will leverage an in-depth knowledge of the digital and programmatic ecosystem along with strong organizational, analytical and project management skills to identify sales opportunities for account growth while providing exceptional client service. What you will do
- Drive advertising sales growth through cultivating partnerships and identifying & pitching new business opportunities with Lowe’s existing brand partners
- Activate existing rolodex of endemic and non-endemic advertisers to accelerate revenue growth
- Work with sales management to craft and deliver compelling sales presentations and execute sales calls with agency planning/buying groups and clients to secure business
- Build client account plans that understand client needs, identify opportunities to develop creative solutions, and leverage in-depth data analysis to form and deliver actionable recommendations for both short- and long-term advertising strategy for clients
- Provide pipeline analysis to track sales opportunities against quarterly and annual goals
- Become a knowledgeable partner and advocate for Lowe’s One Roof Media Network Advertising solutions, both internally and within the advertising marketplace
- Own, manage, and develop relationships with clients and agencies through routine communication; actively grow industry relationships to gain marketplace intelligence
- Manage accounts from pre-sale pipeline through post sale analysis
- Educate advertisers on performance metrics, insights, and how to drive greater results
- This position manages/supervises people
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering or Business
- 5-7 Years Progressive experience in omni-channel advertising sales, digital advertising (display, video, CTV, search, social), and experiential marketing, with a minimum of 3+ years’ experience with programmatic strategies and data sales

Pay Range: $92,700.00 - $154,500.00 annually
