Your enthusiasm, coupled with your strong communication and sales skills, will drive the success of our store. From sharing your expertise on various wine varieties to ensuring a seamless shopping experience, you'll play a key role in delighting our customers and contributing to the overall success of our wine shop. Key Requirements:
Cultural Fit: Alignment with the values and culture of the wine shop, including a commitment to promoting responsible drinking and fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers.
Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate the needs of the business and its customers.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry cases of wine, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks such as stocking shelves and organizing inventory.
Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to provide exceptional customer service, including assisting customers in selecting wines based on their preferences and budget.
Sales Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or hospitality is preferred. Proven ability to meet sales targets and upsell products.
