Manager - Infrastructure Audit and Compliance

Position Summary
CVS Health is seeking an experienced, professional to join the Infrastructure Audit and Compliance team as a Manager of Technical Infrastructure responsible for the administration and oversight of the governance and reporting associated with Audit, Periodic Access Reviews and Vulnerability Management Remediation Governance. As a member of the team, you will lead the coordination of daily dedicated centralized support and investigation on Infrastructure Access Reviews, education on control and standard requirements, provide direction on tracking systems to reduce compliance risk and support Enterprise-wide vulnerability remediation activities. Provide guidance and governance of technology currency and patching initiatives. Ensure timely remediation of Infrastructure compliance deliverables related to Audit Controls and Policies. Educate the organization on and communicate Policy, Process and Control Standard to stakeholders to ensure adherence. Provide status, reporting, and escalation to Senior Leaders. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of technology risk management, and a blend of technical expertise across servers, database, storage, network and workstation environments and have executive level communication skills.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of related experience in infrastructure engineering, infrastructure compliance, and/or security background
- 3+ years of experience in vulnerability management and troubleshooting in a distributed computing environment.
- 1+ years of experience in Identity Access Management, Periodic Access Review processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experienced with infrastructure operations.
- Strong leadership experience, collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of management and staff.
- Strong analytical skills used to identify and resolve problems.
- Enterprise, application, and information architecture design experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Financial experience a plus.
- Experience within a highly technical large data processing environment including mainframe, midrange, network, and distributed services.
- Strong leadership experience, ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities, effective management of resources and strong communication skills.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (High School Diploma and 4 years relevant experience)
