Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical and 3 phase elecrical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance. This role is essential for ensuring that all equipment and facilities are maintained to the highest standards, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and facilities.
Utilize logic controllers for troubleshooting and repairs.
Supervise and lead maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety standards.
Conduct residential painting as needed to maintain the aesthetic of the facilities.
Operate welding equipment for repairs and modifications as required.
Use an ohmmeter and other tools to diagnose electrical issues and perform necessary repairs.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and address any facility-related concerns.
Experience
Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems effectively.
Experience with logic controllers is a plus.
Supervisory experience or leadership skills are highly desirable.
Skills in residential painting and welding will be considered an asset.
