- Micellaneous Work Orders, assist turns and grounds
- Emergency On calls
- appliance, plumbing and electrical maintenance and repair
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Work with a team as a team member for the success of the community
- Multi-Family Property Maintenance experience required - 1+ years
- Provide residents with outstanding Customer Service
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely and complete manner
- Knowledgeable in all areas of property maintenance
- Must be able to speak and write English
- HVAC certification required
- CPO certification preferred
