Maintenance Technician
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. Pay: $21.00 - $24.50 per hour

Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions using schematics and technical manuals.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Supervise maintenance projects and coordinate with external contractors when necessary.
- Execute residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic appeal and protect surfaces.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of supplies.
- Lead training sessions for new staff on maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to develop preventive maintenance schedules.
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, logic controllers, and welding techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting issues.
- Experience in residential painting is a plus but not mandatory.
- A commitment to maintaining high safety standards in all aspects of work.
