Maintenance Director
Bear Mountain Healthcare, Mattapan Health & Rehabilitation Center, a skilled nursing home in Mattapan, MA, is currently accepting applications for a full-time, 40 hr/week Maintenance Director.
BENEFITS:
Responsible for Preventative Maintenance program and ensures compliance according to local, state and federal regulations.
Maintains all facility equipment in a safe and functioning manner.
Maintains furnishings and grounds, plumbing and electrical fixtures
Responsible for fire safety
Participates in Quality Improvement and Department Head meetings
Oversees the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Management experience in Long Term Care Nursing Home preferred.
Must have knowledge of general maintenance and functions of all equipment
