- Provide direct patient care, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Perform phlebotomy procedures with precision and care.
- Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate medication records.
- Assist with shock wave therapy procedures and monitor patient responses.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulations.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and health management.
- Valid LPN license in New York State.
- 3-4 years of LPN experience.
- Excellent phlebotomy skills and experience with medication administration.
- Knowledge of shock wave therapy techniques is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
