They are okay with day-to-day administrative duties, but also willing to take on new and bigger responsibilities. Responsible for providing administrative support and client services to both financial advisors and clients. This includes processing new account paperwork for brokerage and insurance clients.
Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations as needed.
Manage office supplies and inventory to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment to enhance productivity.
Experience
Previous experience in the financial services industry is required.
Familiarity with brokerage account paperwork and insurance applications is preferred.
Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and colleagues professionally.
